Papi Papilloma
Papi Papilloma is part of a series of short vignettes directed and produced by award winning director Juan Escobedo. Funded by SAMHSA, the goal is to provide environmental strategies around risk factors in the community of East LA. The series was started with Sexy Rubber produced by AHF in 2014. Since, other nonprofits have followed with “Just Wrap It” and “The Vapers” and others. Juan Escobedo believes in the power of Storytelling for Empowerment by providing information through art, film, photography and theater. Juan is producing content for Hillsides, TELASOFA, East LA Women’s Center and Self Help Graphics.
